The idea here is to describe your game universe without telling what it is exactly. This will not only test your ability to improv but adapt someone else's idea to your universe. We give you four descriptors so that you can describe your game universe properly to the potential writer. If you can not break it down enough to these descriptors, then the game universe is too obscure. If you think I need a particular descriptor included, e-mail me and I will make the changes as soon as possible. Please do not mention the action game you are going to run.
Once we fill in all our contestant slots for this competition, you will be assigned a GM to write for. You will write a short 2 or 3 paragraph description of a plot line based on the description of the particular game he is running. Youmay contact the GM, but you can not ask him what game specifically he is running.
If you sign up as a GM to run other games, your improv session can either be one of your existing sessions or an additional session. It will be up to you.
The Players will rate you according to several factors and those willbe added up and averaged out to determine a score. The winner wil have the highest score.
E-mail Ron, the gaming coordinator if you have any questions.
