REFUND POLICY

A refund, if warranted, will be paid back, prior to the convention, by the way it was received. If you pay through Pay-Pals, then you will get a refund through Pay-Pals. A check will receive a check. Refunds will be given without penalties prior to the convention. If a refund is required after the convention starts, then there will be a $5 fee attached to the refund and a refund will be given at the convention. No refunds will be given after the convention is over.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children, regard less of age are allowed to come to the convention. Children over the age of 12 will be required to have a badge. Ask about current prices for children. Children are the responsibility of the parent or guardian. They should not be allowed to wonder the convention space or the hotel unsupervised unless they are of the appropriate age to not need supervision. Children who become rowdy will be reprimanded by the convention staff. If you do not want your child to be fussed at by the con-manager, then keep an eye on them. Parents who do not take responsibility of their children will be warned and eventually asked to leave the convention if the problem persists. The children will be sent with the parents.
