Reservations Notes - Online Reservations: Because Best Western is traditionally not a block rate hotel, their online system is not set up to accept a promotional code to give you our special rate. So you can either do one of two things:
Make the online reservation on the web as the web site instructs you and when prompted, type in the COMMENTS or NOTES section that you are part of the MACE convention group block rate. The rate will be handled at the hotel level after you have made your reservation.

Reservation Notes - Special Olympics: In 2008 and 2009, MACE will be sharing the hotel with the North Carolina Special Olympics. They will not be using any of the meeting space, but will be staying at the hotel during the state Olympics. So, if you plan on reserving a room, then you need to reserve it as soon as possible. One month prior to MACE, any rooms available will be released to general reservations. We are working to get some rooms at nearby hotels and will have that information soon.
Directions
Using I-85
Take I-85 to Business I-85/29-70 toward High Point. Go to the exit for Highway 311 - Main Street. Take Main Street straight to the hotel The High Point Hotel is on the right
Using I-40
Take I-40 to the Airport Exit (exit #210). Take Highway 68 towards High Point. Turn left on Main Street. The High Point Hotel is on the left approx. 2 miles past Krispy Kreme Donuts
Alternate I-40 Directions
Take I-40 to the US 311-High Point Exit, #196. Follow US 311 into downtown High Point, where it becomes Main Street. The hotel is about 2 miles past the Krispy Kreme on the left.
