MACE 2018: Official GM Call!

MACE 2018
November 9 – 11, 2018

Hilton Charlotte University Place, Charlotte, NC

Space is limited.  We do not have the Lakeview until Saturday afternoon.  We also will be re-configuring things based on what did well last year and what did not.  Some scaling back will occur in certain areas.  We also will be hosting some very special crafting events throughout the weekend, since we have 3 Youtube terrain crafters on the guest list.

Many of our regular events are returning. If that has changed, I hope those responsible for coordinating those get to me as soon as possible.  For Pathfinder Society (PFS) GMs, it will be coordinated by (unless he tells me otherwise).  If you want to run D&D 5e Adventurers League (D&D AL), contact or  (unless the tell me otherwise).

Other Specific GMs/RPG systems we are looking for are as follows:

  • Emberbright (D&D 5e, Pathfinder) – MACE in-house living campaign
  • Adventures in Filbar (D&D 5e) – A MACE partnered campaign

For those that wish to propose scheduled events for MACE 2018, the best way to do that is through OGRe.  Go to Log in (Make an account if you don’t have one. If you were a GM for us at any point in time since 2006, you more than likely have an account.). Click Propose Event on the left menu.

If you prefer to email me, please include as much information about your event as possible. It is sort of a hassle to go back and forth with questions with so many GMs. Include game name and any link that will explain the game and/or provide the description, especially if it is a obscure game. Also include schedule preferences keeping in mind our standard 4 hr slot schedule (although you are not limited to that schedule).

Three 4-hour sessions or 12 hours of gaming gets you in free, with fewer getting you a discount. See our discount policy on our web site at for information on the discounts. If you want to volunteer for something like the gaming registration desk, the shifts are 3 hours. Kids program is 2 hour shifts.

If you are interested in running our Kids program, please contact  or .  Also contact Jeff if you have any business or money questions, or vendor room questions. Anything gaming schedule or room layout related, ask me.

Thanks again for all you have done in the past and I hope we can work together again.
