I make this post as we are at the new MACE East and it is in full swing. MACE West will be upon us in a short amount of time and we are excited to have another great weekend in Asheville. If you want to run games at MACE West 2016, make your proposals now on the OGRe site…

To make a Proposal for MACE West, just change the con on the first screen to MACE West 2016. You will have to do that for each proposal since OGRe is still in MACE East mode.

In general, run 10 to 12 hours of games and you are in free. Pick up your badge at gaming registration.
We run 4 hour sessions for standard RPGs and 5 hour sessions for Pathfinder Society only.
Other table top games we kind of base it on the game, using Board Game Geek as a reference for play time.
